We are very excited to be moving into Gov. Wolf’s Yellow Phase. As always N Stuff Music strives to be the best in everything we do. With that said we have decided to hold off opening our showroom doors until Monday May 18th. We feel that will give us enough time to prepare and ensure the safety of all our guests and employees.

Our retail showroom will reopen on Monday May 18th following our normal business hours. (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10am until 8pm | Friday and Saturday 10am until 5:30pm and as always closed Wednesday and Sunday)

We are offering and encouraging using our Touchless Curbside Pickup. Orders can be placed on our website N Stuff Music or via phone. Most orders shipped out the same day. Local customers that means you get it the next day delivered to your door.

For customers visiting our showroom:

• We ask that everyone that wishes to enter our store stops at our entry kiosk and apply hand sanitizer before entry
• You must wear a mask the entire time you are inside our Building
• Please keep physical contact with everything to a minimum.
• Practice social distancing by staying six feet away from others
• Request assistance before handling merchandise
• All guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied and watched by an adult

For customers needing service:

• Items can now be brought in for service
• Items will be received at the front counter
• Our technicians will contact you via phone if they have any questions or a consultation is required

For customers interested in trade-ins or purchases of their used gear:

• We will be doing trade-ins and purchases by appointment only until further notice
• If you have an item(s) to trade in, please email: [email protected]
• Be sure to include your contact information, a list of items you wish to trade or sell, a brief description of condition
• Please attach pics of your gear if possible
• Our Used Dept. manager will reach out to set up a day and time to bring your items in

For customers picking up or returning rentals:

• The Rental Dept. will be operating as normal but with some added precautions for everyone's safety

What are we doing to keep you safe:

• We have increased thorough and regular cleaning throughout the store
• We are happy to assist you from a safe distance
• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store for your use, especially before handling merchandise
• We are limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at a time to assure social distancing

Gov. Wolf stressed the need for all Pennsylvanians to now, more than ever, take personal responsibility for their actions.
