The warmth of mahogany is undeniable. Used in drum making for decades, it provides a dark, mellow tonality that is an excellent choice for a range of musical settings.

Maple/Mahogany is one of DW's most popular shell choices and we wanted to design a kit that not only sounds great, but looks just as stunning. Shorter toms accent the punch and attack, while still maintaining the perfect amount of low end in each drum. Rose Copper is one of the more striking Finish Ply's that they offer and we knew that we wanted to do something that really accented that finish. Our friends at Remo supplied us with a custom Pink Colortone front head and we had the entire kit fitted with Pink Remo Emperor Colortones. The result is a drum set that is certain to make every head turn when they see and hear it.
