The TT-800 is the culmination of Mesa Boogie's 50 years of bass amplifier design, presented in a two-channel, tube preamp format to bring bass players their two most revered signature bass sounds. Channel One brings the legendary tube-tone from their world famous 400+ into the modern realm of compact size, lightweight and affordability, while Channel Two expands upon their current classis, the Subway preamp - Both Channels featured “Tri-Tube Topology” comprised of a trio of 12AT7s, thus the name. All of this tube-tone glory and goodness is then fed into their powerful and accurate 800-watt, Class D power amp, making the TT-800 the most expressive and versatile Subway to date – All in a small package that weighs only about 7-pounds!!!
