If you need a simple, easy to use audio interface on a budget, but still want it to sound great, this just the ticket! I used mine to record my band's demo, using cubase as the recorder/DAW. I used this paired this with a mixer to record basic tracks, then used just this and a mic to overdub extra guitar and vocal tracks. The sound was above average to these ears, and worked very well with Cubase on my Macbook.
