N' Stuff Music and Paul Reed Smith Guitars Celebrate 25-year Partnership

PITTSBURGH, PA (December 16, 2010) - N'Stuff Music is proud to be celebrating 25 years as a dealer of Paul Reed Smith Guitars.

In less than three decades, Paul Reed Smith Guitars has grown from a single-man labor of love into the gold standard in guitar manufacturing. PRS started in an historic Annapolis attic, with Paul building guitars by himself and grew to to a full shop of master craftsmen in Stevensville, Maryland. As his company expanded, Paul's commitment to excellence has never wavered because as the size of the factory increases, the quality control standards tighten. Paul himself has stated, “We don’t do something just because that’s the traditional way. If the best possible guitar results from using a robot for one procedure and a lot of hand-sanding or hand-inlaying for another, then that’s how we do it. Our tradition is a byproduct of our quality, so excellence is always the goal. We never lose sight of that.”

Just as PRS Guitars has grown in size and scope over the last 25 years, so has N'Stuff Music. What started out as a small, family owned music shop in Pittsburgh in 1968 has expanded into a national online shopping center for professional and amateur musicians across the country. Still family owned and still committed to excellence, N'Stuff music may grown, but they keep their core value of customer satisfaction as their top priority. About one year after Paul Reed Smith Guitars was up and running, N'Stuff Music became a dealer. Since 1985, N'Stuff has been proud to share a partnership with PRS Guitars.

Musicians can browse N'Stuff Music's full inventory of PRS Guitars on their website. If a customer can't find what they are looking for, the helpful and knowledgeable customer service staff is happy to help. The shop also provides repairs and maintenance, so that musicians can keep their cherished PRS Guitars for a lifetime of musical enjoyment.

Pianos N' Stuff Music: Forty Years of Serving Pittsburgh Musicians

PITTSBURGH, PA (February 2, 2010) - Pianos N' Stuff Music has provided Pittsburgh-area musicians with a strong selection of musical instruments and pro-sound gear since it first opened its doors in 1968. The independently owned and family-operated music store has consistently delivered the same quality and great prices as larger chain music stores, but with a personal touch. Having a core value of excellent customer service helps Pianos N' Stuff Music retain the business of Pittsburgh musicians, and fosters a sense of community among those in the Pittsburgh music industry.

In 2008, Pianos N' Stuff Music expanded its successful brick and mortar business to include online customers with the launch of www.nstuffmusic.com, which has a large selection of guitars, drums, and keyboards, and pro-sound equipment including studio monitors, mixers and speakers.

"March Madness" is Pianos N' Stuff Music's largest sales event, which has musicians of every genre lined up and camping out in the street to take advantage of great deals and price slashing. "It doesn't matter if you are a teenager in a garage band or a seasoned jazz musician – every type of musician can find a deal," explains Store Manager Justin Sarra.

Bargain-hunters can find great deals year-round with Pianos N' Stuff Music's wide selection of used instruments and rental instruments. "As soon as we get a used instrument in our inventory, it goes straight to our website, where our loyal online customers browse regularly," says Webmaster Eric Dukes. Used instruments and equipment can sell for as much as 80 percent off the retail price.

Pittsburgh musicians are the first to recognize the advantages of a locally owned music store with top-notch brands, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pianos N' Stuff Music is nominated every year in the Pittsburgh City Paper's "Best Of" contest, and won the 2009 award for "Best Independent Musical Instrument Store." As one local customer puts it, "I've been buying gear from your store for 30 years and I must say you have the absolute best musical establishment in the entire Pittsburgh area. The quality of both your gear and your professional treatment of customers is to be applauded."

Throughout its 40 years, Pianos N' Stuff Music has maintained a loyal customer base while providing online accessibility as a complement its in-store business. "Our goal is to bring that same high level of personal service that customers receive from walking in our music store and apply it online, so that every customer feels that they are receiving the best service possible and leaves our online store just as happy as if they would have walked through our doors," says Sarra.
