Charles....First , let me begin by saying that while looking at another online retailers page, I spied an absolutely beautiful guitar that I instantly fell in love with. Having long been a fan, at a distance, of PRS guitars, the new SE model caught my eye. The Bernie Marsden Signature model jumped out of the monitor at me. Single-cut, flame-maple veneer, vintage-style tuners...Anyway, this unnamed retailer would not have the guitar in stock until late May. So looking around, I found a You-Tube video of Mark Lucas reviewing the guitar. This great clip lead me to the website for your store. And, you had this beauty in stock! And, for quite a bit less money, I might add. Not familiar w/ NStuff Music, nevertheless, I took the plunge and ordered her, along with a used Line 6 Pod XT. To my great surprise, the gear made all the way down here to Florida in less than a week! My wife and I slowly opened the carton and gig-bag with a great suspense. And, it was beautiful! Even flamier than any I had seen online! And it was still in tune! And the Pod was like brand-new. Needless to say, I am incredibly pleased with NStuff and tell everyone I know who may order musical equipment online, check Nstuff Music first. You will be very happy! P.S. Sam.... Just took my Korg T1 keyboard in for service recently and I don't think I could possibly be happier with the outcome and the process of getting work done on it . I was pretty apprehensive about taking my beloved keyboard/workstation just anywhere not only because of the size of it ( it's not something you just throw under your arm and out the door you go with it ) , but just because with the recent history I've had songwriting on this particular keyboard it has become very personal to me. I've always had the same experience every time I've gone here since back in the 80's so I didn't really have any doubts on how my keyboard or I would be treated . You can just tell when people really like what they do and I've yet to see someone working at the store that isn't enjoying what they do , where they work , and helping the people around them with their musical needs . Andy did a tremendous job on my keyboard and every aspect of this dealing was 5 star without a doubt . It's like driving a new car again and I wouldn't hesitate to take another piece of gear here for repair service . In addition thanks goes out to the entire staff at Pn'S for continuing to provide a great store environment where musicians of various levels can feel right at home . Chris....I just acquired a marshall valvestate 2000 avt 150, which did not come with a foot switch because my local music store has been selling marshalls and giving people the wrong foot switches. i was given a foot switch that did not work with my avt but another in the store. so the next poor soul to buy one will also be without a FS. after scouring the net for hours I came across the NStuff Music site and found exactly what i needed right away. Callan....I was in on Thursday, 11/10 to buy a Spector NS 2000 bass that was in the used department. The large majority of gear that I buy from you guys is used (a Markbass 2x10, the Spector bass, various and numerous effects pedals, mics, etc.). The guy who is in charge of the used department (long hair, glasses) has never been anything short of a great employee in regards to his customers - even if they're just buying used gear. He set up my bass for me yesterday, did plenty of research on finding how much my trade-in was worth (though I ended up not trading it in, he was still very thorough with his research on what it was worth). I just wanted to commend his enthusiasm for making the customer enjoy their experience at the store, as I have for the past 3 years. I genuinely think that he should be recognized for his commendable customer service (not taking away anything from anyone else in the store!). He's been very helpful and easy-going toward me over all of my purchases over the past 3 years, and I wanted to let the staff (mainly managers, supervisors, etc.) know that I believe that he is a great asset and great employee to have at your store. Paul....I live in Greensboro, North Carolina and was looking for the best price on a Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster Ash in the Aged Cherry Sunburst finish with a maple fret-board. Well let me tell you than no one in town had these guitars in stock. They all wanted to do a special order and charge me through the nose for it, the best price here in Greensboro was $1599.99. I then looked at Guitar Center, Musicians Friend, Sam Ash, and the Music Zoo online sites and Guitar Center did not offer the guitar with a maple fret-board and held firm at $1,649.99, while Sam Ash would not answer the phone! Dave....Nearly 40 years of buying music gear and this store is without question the best one I've ever dealt with. It's a completely different experience from walking into the big outlets which I really don't need to mention by name. There is no pressure, you can take your time ( I usually do!) and when you are ready to ask a few questions the staff is friendly, helpful and they know their stuff. I bought an Evertune bridge (which Mike Caldwell did a great job of installing) and Fender '65 Twin Reverb amp, also a couple of pedals. You can shop around, look online etc., but you can not find any better prices, I was surprised at the fact that NStuff Music was lower on most guitars and amps than any other store I looked at. James....So here is my story Dave,  I have been waiting for this guitar ever since I saw it at NAMM. I have waited on countless changes on release dates etc... Ed....Jason & Greg Just wanted to let you both know that I am really enjoying my new PRS H amp. Greg made sure I tried it on one of my visits....Thanks Greg! I traditionally stick to what my ears are trained for....vintage Fender & Marshall. Ive been trying for years to get a Dumble sound using pedals with limited success. This amp does it IMO, but required trying lots of different speakers.What Ive found gets really close is a Mesa 3/4 back cab loaded with an Eminence Cannibis Rex. Most of my guitars are humbuckers, TV Jones, or P90 pickups. Now I can get my David Grissom, Santana, Robben Ford tones all day long. Thanks for the excellent service & pricing as well. Ann....What a great business. Who would have thought you could rent a whole sound system - CD player, mixer, two giant 50lb? speakers on speaker stands, and a microphone - for 30 bucks? It would have been 8 dollars cheaper if I had had my own CD player. I know nothing about sound systems but was helping with a Holiday party for a club. The staff put colored tape with handwritten labels on all the correct inputs and outputs, so I was able to connect up the system successfully. They helped me carry the equipment to my car and they helped me unload it when I returned. I was so pleased with them, I was about to write this note when I got a call from NStuff Music. I had left some receipts in a bag with cords I returned. They called me to check if the receipts were important before they threw out the bag. YES! They were! THANK YOU, NStuff Music. ˜ Pennsylvania

Don....I was a bit skeptical at first and I was looking at a substantial investment in a Martin guitar. I spent a lot of time looking around and checking prices. NStuff Music's prices were considerably lower, which for a Martin was tough to find. It made me all the more skeptical, but it was worth further investigation. NSTUFFMUSIC "ROCKS"....Went shopping for my son's electric guitar on line and the first store that came to our mind was SamAsh. We were happy since there site claim to have a sale, fortunately they did not have the item in stock. I say fortunately because we came accross this wonderfull website called NSTUFFMUSIC. NSTUFFMUSIC had the same item for the same price that Samash claim to have on sale. Not only did NSTUFF had the item on a great price but also there was no tax or shipping charges and shipping schedule was super fast. Great store, great price and owesome delivery time. I will recommend this to all my friends and classmates!!!

Josh....I came across nstuff music while researching online for a new cymbal. Not only was the one I wanted actually in stock, unlike some others I tried, but was cheaper, too. I was a little nervous as to how a company I'd never ordered from would ship a cymbal, but my worries were gone when it arrived in a sturdy box with plenty of packing surrounding my purchase. Also, the cymbal was shiny and fingerprint free inside of the plastic Zildjian bag and had the Zildjian company booklet included instead of just put bare into a box with nothing. These seem like little things, but it shows they care about the details. I'll definitely think of nstuff when it comes time for my next purchase. ˜ Texas

Sean....I just want to say that NStuff Music has been my go-to store for nearly everything I need in regards to purchasing, selling, and trading various pieces of gear for several years. I bought a Roland Fantom X7 synthesizer from that store back in November of 2007 and it has enjoyed heaven and hell with me. Long story short it is my best friend on stage and in the studio. Recently I had a very bad problem with the real-time control knobs on the unit and I needed them to be repaired as soon as it could get done because it is the center piece of my live rig and my recording studio. Josh in the keyboard dept. told me that it would take anywhere from 7-10 days to repair. I get a call at noon only two days later saying the keyboard was repaired and ready to go. I drove the usual 30 mile trip I drive to get to the store, asked them if I could plug it in just to make sure what was repaired was fully repaired. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful in my many years of shopping there and they of course let me plug my Fantom X7 in and made sure everything was working properly. Sure enough it was working just as good if not better then when i first bought it in 2007. I purchased a guitar and when they say they make sure that everything is in great shape -- they mean it. When I received to order I noticed that the packing was outstanding. But, as they always say, don't judge a book by its cover... I opened the door and was welcomed by no less than 15 Les Paul's to my left and over 20 Strats to my right. A bassist myself, I wandered around and found the stairway to a bass guitar heaven. To the right, were many very nice basses, all with great prices.
